REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS
Please register and send payment by mail no later than July 2, 2019, as we need confirmation numbers as soon as possible. Please be informed of the separate costs for Registration, T-Shirt, and Hotel Fees. All information and forms can be found online at jessiemaejacksonfamilyreunion.com.

Your reunion registration fee includes Saturday’s Family Reunion Main Event and Saturday’s Family Dinner. Your Family Reunion T-shirt fees are separate costs and will be included on the registration form. In order to meet mandatory prepaid expenses that require reservations and deposits to secure facilities, we are requesting that you complete your registration and pay in full by July 2, 2019.
